DIME is run by a multi-lingual team combining transaction experience with a deep understanding of technology and the life sciences.  Based entirely in Europe - London and Madrid - we have developed a strong network of angels, VCs and advisers since we were founded in 2002.

A director and founder of JAMES GILL & Co., Alasdair has spent the last ten years doing due diligence, valuations, financial modelling and research work for clients including well known VC firms, Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies, investment banks, corporate finance houses and start-ups.  Prior to this he worked in an IT Startup in the healthcare industry and in private equity.

		Antonio trained as an accountant and worked with blue chip firms such as Unilever and L'Or&#233;al before leaving to become Finance Director at a number of technology start-ups and SMEs in the software, internet services and engineering industries.  During this time he gained significant M&A experience.  With his strong background in strategy and financial management he also works as an interim Finance Director.  He is currently President of the London Branch of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

		Robin has fifteen years experience in the power and energy industry.  As Head of IT for an European utility company he was responsible for the IT systems that kept track of all gas and electricity supply points in a given country, together with customer data and reporting.  His venture experience includes successfully growing a spin-off from a blue-chip energy company.
